2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is the daughter of the life convict, is under medical treatment and she requires the assistance of her father and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes this petition by filing a detailed counter.

4. This Court finds that already leave was granted to the life convict for one month on an earlier occasion i.e. 27.02.2019 and further, under order dated 20.11.2019 in H.C.P.No.2209 of 2019, leave was granted for a period of 15 days for http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2

In such circumstance, we do not find any justification in the present petition seeking extension of leave. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
