Crl.M.P.No.18180 of 2019 in H.C.P.No.2348 of 2019 Crl.M.P.No.18180 of 2019 in H.C.P.No.2348 of 2019 R.SUBBIAH, J and G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner has filed this petition seeking extension of leave for three weeks from 06.12.2019 to her son, Harikaran S/o.Natarajan, aged 53 years, convict prisoner No.14895, detained at Central Prison, Cuddalore.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is the mother of the life convict, is under medical treatment and she requires the assistance of her son and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes this petition.
4. This Court finds that already leave was granted to the life convict for a period of three weeks for taking care of the petitioner. In such circumstance, we do not find any justification in the present petition seeking extension of leave. http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2
