This writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 09.08.2023 directing the first respondent Labour Court to dispose of the industrial dispute after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.

Since, the industrial dispute could not be disposed of within the stipulated time, citing certain reasons, the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Kancheepuram has sought extension of time and hence, this matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time". 3.

Acceding to the request made by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Kancheepuram, the time frame for disposal of the industrial dispute in I.D.No.203 of 2016 renumbered as I.D.No.676 of 2018 is extended by three months from the date of the letter addressed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Kancheepuram.
