ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is inclined to go before the competent Civil Court so as to seek declaration of title in respect of the above said property. Hence, the learned counsel seeks such liberty. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 5 agreed to the said factum. 3.In view of the same, the writ petition stands closed granting such liberty. No costs.
