These petitions have been filed to modify the condition that imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.23278, 23275, 23273, 23268, 23280 and 23271 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023 that the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the Dean, Government Hospital, Villupuram District (in each case) within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready on such terms and conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.7,500/- to the Dean, Government Hospital, Villupuram District (in each case) on or before 05.01.2024, failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
