Heard. This Court is given to understand that the petitioner has suffered from cardiac ailment, and in between unaware of the dismissal of the case, and he is still complying with the condition, which the learned Magistrate has been conceding.

2.Given the nature of the fact, this Court chooses to allow this petition on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/-.

3.The order copy is directed to be issued by 2.00 p.m., this afternoon, upon which the petitioner shall pay the cost to the High Court Legal Aid Services Committee, Chennai, and produce the receipt to the Deputy Registrar, Criminal Section, who on receipt of the same, shall scrutinize the petition for restoration of the above Revision forthwith and take it on file if it is otherwise in order, and list it "for Admission" on 26.09.2024.
