C.M.P.No.23215 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.sr.117977 of 2021 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 380 days in filing the above C.M.A against the order in M.C.O.P.No.546 of 2015 dated 15.11.2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur.

Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel appearing for R2 has no objection for allowing this petition.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 380 days is condoned subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 380 days, in the appeal.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Registry is further directed to print the name of respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
