This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to not to harass the petitioner except due process of law and subsequently directing the respondents 1 & 2 to take action against the third respondent pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2017.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to take action against the third respondent. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
