This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.26207 of 2022 dated 30.11.2022 to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties (One should be a blood surety) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that each of the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police.
