] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 164 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment of conviction and sentence, dated 30.03.2022, in S.C.No.110 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
