ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with the First Information Report in Crime No.254 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as against the petitioner herein.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the first respondent has admitted in his altered report that the deceased had driven the two wheeler is rash and negligent manner and hit against the petitioner's Corporation Bus which was driven by the petitioner and hence, he requested to direct the first respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the first respondent has requested three months time for 1/4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filing final report.

4. Considering the submissions, the first respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
