ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Mr.R. Subramanian J) The petitioner seeks a mandamus, directing the Corporation to take action against illegal construction. Admittedly, the suit filed by the petitioner and his siblings in O.S.No.9222 of 2010 has been decreed and a decree for possession has been granted in favour of the petitioner and his siblings. The learned counsel is unable to tell us as to what happened to the said decree.
