ORDER
The petitioner seeks direction to the respondent Police to comply the order dated 22.08.2023 of the learned Magistrate passed in CMP.No.4748 of 2023.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner and her husband are operating JCB vehicles. On 13.05.2022, the petitioner pledged a JCB to the second respondent and borrowed amount with the condition to repay the same within 3 months. After a lapse of 3 months, when the petitioner approached the second respondent, he did not return the vehicle. Hence, she filed a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. in CMP.No.4748 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, No.I Tirupattur, Vellore District. The Magistrate vide order dated 22.08.2023, directed the first respondent Police to register FIR and investigate the matter in accordance with law and file a report.
3. The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that a report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate on 10.11.2024.
4. In view of the above submission, no further order is required in this petition. The petitioner shall work out his remedy before the concerned Magistrate Court. Accordingly, this petition is closed. 26-09-2025 pvs Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
