This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27557 of on 16.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
