Heard Mr.R.Valliappan, learned Senior Counsel, appearing on behalf of revision petitioner.
2. The revision petitioner is plaintiff in the suit for partition in O.S.No.1 of 2012, which is pending before the Principal District Court, Perambalur. A preliminary decree which was passed by the trial Court went upto Hon'ble Supreme Court and final decree application filed in I.A.No.1 of 2024 is pending without any progress. Learned Senior Counsel would invite my attention to the directions issued by Hon'ble Supreme Court regarding the expedite disposal of the partition suits.
3. In the light of the above directions and the limited prayer, issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 2/4
4. Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Principal District and Sessions Court, Peramabalur, to pass final orders in the pending I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.1 of 2012 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months. There shall be no order as to costs.
