Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the second respondent herein dated 20.06.2017 in Na.Ka.No.5338/E-2-2017 and quash the same and direct the respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner and to grant Special Time Scale of Pay of Rs.1300-3000 + Grade Pay of Rs.300/- as per G.O.Ms.No.385 dated 01.10.2010 by Finance (Pay Cell) Department with all consequential service and monetary benefits. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Anganwadi Helper in Arumbakkam Anganwadi Centre, Poondi Block, Tiruvallur District and the District Project Officer, ICDS, Tiruvallur District, has issued a proceedings in Roc.178/A2/2024, dated 25.03.2024. He placed a copy of the proceedings dated 25.03.2024 before this Court.

In view of the factual position, in our considered opinion, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition. Accordingly, placing the proceedings of the District Project Officer, Tiruvallur District dated 25.03.2024, this Writ Petition is closed. 3.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 4.

There shall be no order as to costs.
