This application has been filed to pass an order revoking the Vakalat given by the applicants in favour of Mr. U. Karunakaran, Advocate (Enrl. No951 of 1990) having office at No.15B, Jakkammal Koil Street, Chinmaya Nagar, Chennai- 600 092, pending disposal of the suit.

2. The order dated 13.02.2024 in this application passed by this Court is revoked.

3. Heard both sides and perused the affidavit filed in support of the application. No objection on the side of the respondents.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to remove the name of the earlier counsel ie. Mr.U.Karunakaran, and print the name of the counsel Mr. K.V. Babu appearing for the Plaintiffs 1 & 3 in the cause list.

6. At request, post on 25.03.2024.
