The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 4(1)(A) of TNP Act in Crime No.164 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. K.RAJASEKAR , J.

2. This Court, by an order dated 25.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23447 of 2025 dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner.

3. Now, the petitioner has filed the present anticipatory bail application on the same ground. Since, there is no change in circumstances, I am of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary in this case. Hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 25.09.2025 ssi To:
