ORDER
(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1, 5 to 7; Mrs.P.Veena Suresh, learned counsel for respondent No.2; Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4 and Mr.A.Lakshminarasimhan, learned counsel for respondent No.11.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the inspection has been carried out in respect of encroachments in Maduravoyal and the report has been submitted to the Chennai Corporation.
3. Learned counsel for the Chennai Corporation submits that pursuant to the said report, further action would be undertaken expeditiously.
4. In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
