Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st to 3rd respondents to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2025 subject concerning the release of sale documents in Doc. No.13895/2023 dated 09.09.2023 pending before the 4th respondent herein within the time frame fixed by this Honble court and pass For Petitioner : Mr.Elanchezhien,J.

For Respondents : Mr.P.Harish Government Advocate Order Heard Mr.Elanchezhien,J., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for the following prayer:- i) For issuance of a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2025 within the time frame fixed by this court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a detailed representation dated 30.07.2025 to the respondents 1 to 4 enclosing all relevant documents substantiating lawful entitlement and sought for release of the sale documents related to the subject property, however, no action has been taken by the respondents in that regard, hence, the present Writ Petition.

The learned learned Government Advocate for the respondents has produced a proceedings issued by the Sub Registrar, the Office Of Sub Registrar (Sulur) Coimbatore, fourth respondent herein, addressed to the Government Pleader's Office, High Court, Madras, bearing Na.Ka.No.699/2025 dated 16.09.2025, and submitted that the petitioner's sale document, bearing Doc. No.13895/2023 was already registered and as on date, the same has not been received back by the petitioner, and hence, sought for appropriate direction directing the petitioner to receive the said document at any point of time.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for respondents, this Court is of the view that suffice it would be to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the petitioner to collect the sale document from the respondents whenever, the petitioner finds time. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that unless and until, a specific direction is issued by this Court, the petitioner would be again put to unnecessary trouble due to inaction on the part of the respondents.

In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the respondents for collecting the sale documents, in which case, the fourth respondent is directed to release the sale documents forthwith without any further hassle. Simultaneously, this Court also grants liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case of any inaction on the part of the fourth respondent.

7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
