This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.16227 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15487 of 2023 dated 09.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily once at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of 15 days and thereafter, weekly once on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
