The petitioner herein, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1)(i), 4(1)(A), 4(1-A) of TNP Act and Section 6 and 11 of R.S.Rules 2000 in Crime No.106 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner was arrested by the respondent police..
