The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the appeal petition submitted by him on 02.03.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits. 2.It is seen that the petitioner's request for permission to the post of Head Constable was not considered and therefore, the petitioner made an appeal before the first respondent against such denial. Such appeal is said to have been filed on 02.03.2017. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said appeal has not been disposed of so far.
