Assistant (Social Science) in the 6th Respondent school for the period from 01.09.2025 to 31.05.2026 in pursuant to the G.O.(Ms).No.261, School Education Department, dated 20.12.2018 with all monetary and service benefits to the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ petition has become infructuous and thereby, she sought for permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.
