The petitioner has made a representation on 12.07.2017 to the respondent to amend the column No.21 of the Proforma, which is on the file of the Respondent in respect of the Wakf namely Meer Hasamullah Sha Darga, Thennur, Trichy as "the management of the Wakf and its properties should be by a person most competent among the descendants of (1) Meer Mahmoodh Sahib, (2) Syed Abdul Kabbar Sahib, (3) Syed Abdul Jabbar Sahib and (4) Syed Abdul Wahab the Defendants 1 to 4 respectively in the said Suit made in O.S.No.133 of 1918 by the DMC, Trichirappalli" and directing the Respondent 2/4

Hence, the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/4
