These petitions are filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in the above TR.C.M.P.No.234 of 2019; To bring on record the legal representatives of the 1st respondent namely Laxmi, W/o.Late V.N.Kandasamy as the third respondent in the above TR.C.M.P.No.234 of 2019.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these civil miscellaneous petitions, the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent is set aside and C.M.P.No.26428 of 2019 is allowed and the Proposed third respondent is ordered to be brought on record as legal representative of the deceased 1st respondent as third respondent in the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and the petition in C.M.P.No.26430 of 2019 is allowed. No costs.
