The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for limited prayer to direct the 5th respondent to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 18.12.2017 in respect of the lands situated in Town Survey Nos.85, 105, 106, 107 & 108, Block No.11 and Ward No.'C', S.No.15A, Vellagoundanpalayam Village, Dharmapuri Taluk.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for 1st to 5th respondents submits that a summons has been sent to the petitioner on 09.12.2019 and a time for hearing has been fixed to 17.12.2019 at 3.00 p.m before the 5th respondent. He has also filed a copy of the summons sent to the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, the present Writ Petition is disposed with direction to the 5th respondent to pass a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of the proposed hearing fixed on 17.12.2019. No cost.
