2.The first respondent is represented through counsel and has filed a counter opposing these applications. The other respondents did not appear even previously in the matter.

3. Upon examining the affidavit in support of these applications and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, these applications are allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number and list the restoration petitions if otherwise in order.
