ORDER

(Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Habeas Corpus has been instituted to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, Ms.Divya, aged about 19 years. 2.

The 2nd respondent police secured the detenu, petitioner's daughter Ms.Divya. The Police Authorities during the course of enquiry found that the detenu, namely Divya, got married with Yogesh.

3. The photographs and the statement obtained from the detenu has been produced before this Court. The fact was informed with the petitioner and that being the factum, the detenu is not under illegal detention.
