These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 91 days & 93 days in representing the above appeal and in paying the deficit court fee respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The affidavits filed in support of the respective petitions have been perused and on being satisfied with reasons stated therein, this Court is inclined to condone the respective delay.

4. Accordingly these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post for admission.
