Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the Second Respondent relating to the impugned orders, viz., three proceedings of the Second Respondent is three proceedings issued in same proceedings no. namely, Proc. No. A/Ko.22/2017 respectively dated 30.03.2017, 30.03.2017 and 31.03.2017 and

quash the same and consequently to direct the Respondents to restore the two advance increments already sanctioned to the Petitioners and to refund the amount recovered from the Petitioners pursuant to the impugned orders.
