The petitioner as complainant had lodged a complaint against certain persons and a case in Crime No.25 of 2017 for offences under Sections 465, 467 and 471 of IPC registered. Later, the first respondent police filed a closure report, against which, the petitioner had filed a protest petition, which was also dismissed, against which, the present revision has been filed with a delay of 79 days.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the first respondent and he has got no objection in allowing this petition.

4.Mr.M.P.Rajavelayutham, learned counsel appeared for the respondents 2 to 4.

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to file a status report about the enquiry conducted.

6.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered. 09.02.2024 rsi Note: Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order.
