Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2024 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 2/4
