This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 07.06.2023 passed by the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that she advised her client to file an appeal since the limitation for filing the appeal will expiry only in the month of January, 2023. Hence, she leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement with regard to the same.

3. In view of the above, this Court permits the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is 2/4

dismissed as withdrawn. Further, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Authority concerned.
