2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of these cases, this Court without going into the merits of the cases directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvannamalai to dispose of the C.C.Nos.238/2020, 272 of 2020 & 237 of 2020 respectively in Cr.Nos.1279/2017, 759/2019 & 1280/2017 respectively as expeditiously as possible.

4. In view of the above, these Criminal Original Petitions stand ordered.
