(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.Dhandapani J) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the above Civil miscellaneous appeal as against the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.7934 of 2018 dated 22.12.2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, II Small Causes Court at Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 12 days in filing the above appeal is condoned and this petition is ordered.
