Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in relates to the impugned rejection order passed by the 2nd and 3rd respondents by their proceedings in RO/Mktg/Misc/2019-20 dated 29.07.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to sanction the education loan to the petitioner for his BDS course within the stipulated period of time granted by this Court. O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned rejection order dated 29.07.2019 passed by the 2nd and 3rd respondents and consequently to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to sanction the education loan to the petitioner.
2. The case of the petitioner is that, he is studying BDS Course in RVS Dental College Hospital, Coimbatore. Thereafter, the petitioner's mother approached the 3rd respondent bank and applied for an Educational loan and had also produced all the documents necessary for the sanction of Education Loan along with the loan application. However, without considering the same, 2nd and 3rd respondents have mechanically passed an impugned order dated 29.072019, rejecting the petitioner's education loan application without assigning any specific reason. Hence, aggrieved by the said impugned rejection order, the present writ petition is filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, though the petitioner and his mother submitted the Education loan application along with Fees structure of the petitioner and all other necessary documents and surety, however, without considering the same, rejecting the petitioner's application for sanction of Education loan without assigning any valid reason is not acceptable. Hence, he prays that this Court may quash the impugned order dated 29.07.2019 passed by the 2nd and 3rd respondents and consequently issue direction to the respondent bank to sanction Education loan to the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that, the petitioner joined the said BDS Course in the academic year 2017-2018 and has completed the course in the year 2021 itself. Hence, the question of sanctioning of Education loan to the petitioner itself does not arise. Hence, she prays this Court for the dismissal of the present Writ petition.
5. Heard the arguments advanced by the learned counsel appearing on either side.
6. In view of the above submissions, and that since during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner had completed the BDS course itself, sanction of Education loan does not arise. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.
