The petitioner seeks to defreeze his account. The petitioner has lodged a complaint that a sum of Rs.2,36,000/- has been lost online. On the basis of complaint, it appears that Rs.1,81,500/- was found in the 2nd layer account which also frozen. Hence, seeks for a direction. N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Such view of the matter, let the second respondent issue necessary direction to concerned bank to defreeze the bank account of the petitioner, since, the petitioner is a victim within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. The petitioner is also at liberty to file necessary application to the re-transfer the amount of Rs.1,81,500/- which is frozen in the second layer account.
