This Writ Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give suitable instruction to the 3rd respondent and consequently forbear him from acting in the manner that infringes the constitutional guarantee assured to the petitioners and his family members.
2. It is seen that the petitioners have filed this petition seeking direction to the respondents to give https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
suitable instructions to the third respondent. On reading of the affidavit filed by the petitioners, it is seen that nothing survives in the matter. As such the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
