O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the tender notice dated 07.11.2022 issued by the 3rd respondent and consequently direct the respondents not to conduct any tender from the petitioner's property i.e. survey no.515 situated at Pettathi Village, Karamadai Taluk, Coimbatore district measuring an extent of 17 acres 55 cents.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous. The said statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is recorded.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as become infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
