This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.14045 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.13745 of 2023, by an order dated 7.9.2023, to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on Monday at 10.00 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
