This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 17.11.2022 in Crl.MP.No.17283 of 2022 to report before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
