This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition at paragraph No.11(iii) imposed by this Court in the order dated 26.07.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.8675 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.629 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and now seeks for relaxation.

3. Heard the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) and the condition at paragraph No.11(iii) imposed by this Court in the order dated 26.07.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.8675 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.629 of 2021, is relaxed as follows:

"The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.

4. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, accordingly.
