This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report daily before the Inspector of Police, HUDCO police station, Krishnagiri District at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.22595 of 2023 dated 16.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in every week for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.
