This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 25.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.19757 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16107 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the 1st Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
