This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20647 of 2024 by an order dated 03.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Special Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act cases, Salem on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report by way of e-filing before the Special Court for POCSO Act cases, Salem District.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20647 of 2024 on 03.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for POCSO Act cases, Salem District on 1st working day of December 2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
