This application has been filed by the applicant / 8th defendant seeking to order payment out of the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) which is lying in the credit of C.S.No.6 of 2020. 2.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.This Court directed the first defendant to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- on 5th of every English Calendar month to the credit of C.S.No.6 of 2020 in A.No.3625 of 2021 in C.S.No.6 of 2020 towards maintenance for the 8th defendant / mother of the parties. Now, a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- has been accumulated. Hence, this application has been filed by the applicant / 8th defendant seeking to order payment out in her favour. 4.The learned counsel for the respondents and the plaintiff have no objection for allowing this application.

TK 5.In the Fund Certificate given by the Registry dated 01.11.2023 it is stated that a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) is now lying in the credit of C.S.No.6 of 2020, as Court deposit, which bears no interest. 6.Considering the above, as none of the parties have objected for allowing this application and also considering the fact that the amount has been deposited towards maintenance of the applicant / 8th defendant, the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) lying in the credit of C.S.No.6 of 2020 is ordered to be refunded to the applicant herein. The Registry is directed to issue a cheque for the said amount in the name of the applicant.
