This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., for three months and he shall appear before the trial Court for every hearing without fail and co-operate with the trial proceedings in Crl.O.P.No.21321 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
