Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent relating to the issuance of Patta No.1818 in relation to the property belonging to the petitioner situated at No.142, Palavakkam Village, Saidapet Taluk, comprised in S.No.36/1, measuring an extent of 22 cents or thereabouts bearing present Door No.3/564A, Ko.Si.Mani Street, Jai Sankar Nagar, Palavakkam, Chennai 600 041, in the name of P.S.Sridhar, the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same is illegal, invalid and non est in the eyes of law and consequently direct the 1st respondent to restore the patta No.4349 R.P.T.No.3675/2011 in respect of the property situated at No.142, Palavakkam Village, Saidapet Taluk, comprised in S.No.36/1, measuring an extent of 22 cents or thereabouts bearing present Door No.3/564A, Ko.Si.Mani Street, Jai Sankar Nagar, Palavakkam, Chennai 600 041, in the name of the petitioner.
