The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.08.2025. for the offences alleged under Sections 310(4) of B.N.S, 2023 in Crime No.541 of 2025, on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police is on routine patrol checkup, they found that the petitioner along with other 1/4

accused have assembled and were planning to commit dacoity. Hence, the case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that this petitioner has six previous cases of a similar nature and is in the habit of violating the provisions of the Act. 4.Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
